A Fireside Chat with Stephanie Good from PWC and Cassandra Corbett from Novartis about the importance of Diversity and Inclusion

In advance of International Women’s Day, the IMCA will host a fireside chat on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) with Cassandra and Stephanie who are both IMCA Board Members.

Join the conversation as they discuss what D&I means to them, their lived experiences of diversity in the workplace, and learn practical actions you can take, whether you’re a leader or an ally.

Cassandra is a Lead Consultant with the internal consulting practice at Novartis. Throughout her academic and professional career in the US, Ireland and UAE Cassandra has experienced the impact of good, bad and non existent D&I policies. She has views on the small actions that have a big impact on ensuring a team fosters an environment for diversity and inclusion. Stephanie (she/her/hers) is the D&I Consulting lead for PWC and helps clients globally to make their workplaces more diverse and inclusive.
