He has experience in sales, marketing, management of customer relationships with blue chip companies and SMEs as well as leading British and Irish retailers. His experience includes customer relationships through branded communications. Strategic in approach and methodical when facing a challenge, he understands the complexity of dealing with people, working in teams and building relationships to deliver the objectives. Particularly good at understanding customer and marketplace requirements and integrating them into the ethos of the business to deliver continuity of supply of quality product cost effectively.Prior to ERC, Eamonn held senior positions in Kerry Group plc and Golden Vale plc. mainly as MD of Golden Cow Dairies the leading supplier of dairy branded products in N. Ireland. Prior to that he held senior management positions with Food Industries plc, Bailieboro Co-Op and Unigate.Qualification - Eamonn has a MBS in Management Practices through UCC and has IMI/UCC Diplomas in Leadership, Executive Coaching and an IoD Diploma in Company Direction as well as a HETAC Diploma in Biotechnology from Waterford IT. He also is a qualified emotional intelligence assessor and in DiSC human behaviour styles model of assessment.
