Summary

Tom helps leading organisations deliver sustainable bottom line benefits from performance improvement initiatives including manufacturing and supply chain strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing strategy and implementation. This work focuses on the Irish and UK food and drink sectors. He utilises his industry experience to carry out sector / planning reviews and feasibility studies for agencies and investors. He has extensive project management experience and delivers action-oriented training in the project management of business projects – 40+ times for the IMI and other organisations.

He is a Fellow, CMC and past-President and past Development Director of IMCA. He was previously partner responsible for the industry practice of PA Consulting Group in Ireland. An engineer by background, before consultancy he worked in petrochemical contracting in the UK and Ireland.
