Key Responsibilities

Strategy: assist senior client executives in the facilitation and execution of business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimise roles and responsibilities;
Organisational Design: Using established tools and methods, assist in the delivery of organisational design which may involve initiating organisational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement, large scale programme design, organisation performance, and communications;
Project Delivery: set up, initiate and deliver projects across a variety of industries using BDO Eaton Square project management approaches and tools.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

A minimum of 2 years’ strategy consultancy experience within professional services or industry, experience on Organisation Design not required
Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in ambiguous situations
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Ability to travel depending on client/project location, mainly based in Dublin
Consultants with a ‘can-do’ and motivated attitude with a focus on delivery to our client requirements
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.).
