Shannon Chamber Seeks Management Consultants

Shannon Chamber’s is seeking tender submissions for the compilation of a five-year Strategic Plan for the period 2022-2027.

As the attached highlights (see point No.4 for general summary of requirements), they are seeking to engage a contractor who will:

• Carry out a high-quality and comprehensive review and analysis of the Chamber’s current mandate, programmes and activities;
• Develop a strategic framework and plan that will guide and influence the organisation, in implementing a successful mandate on behalf of its membership and business community, as well as achieving best practice to the highest international standards, over the coming years
• Outline the necessary structures, systems and funding mechanisms relating to the implementation of such a plan
• Itemise the fees proposed for such an assignment.

The various actions they envisage being involved in this exercise are set out in detail in a 13-stage process within the document.
