About cyrilkirwan
Dr Cyril Kirwan is a highly-experienced work & organisational psychologist. Having worked for many years in the airline and financial services sectors he now designs and delivers interventions in leadership development, change management and executive coaching for clients in both private and public sectors, at home and abroad. He also undertakes reserch projects in areas such as learning needs analysis and in particular L&D evaluation and transfer from a range of learning interventions. He is the author of Improving Learning Transfer: A guide to getting more out of what you put into your training; and Making Sense of Organisational Learning: Putting theory into practice, both published by Gower. He is an accredited Senior Practitioner coach with EMCC and an associate faculty member at a number of business schools in Ireland and the UK.
