My Background: David leads Accreates Life Sciences practice, more specifically in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology. Growing up in Dublin, David graduated with an Honours Degree in Entrepreneurship from IADT. Initially David worked within recruitment before transitioning over to executive search. This evolution has been driven by a strong belief in the need for industry research, building relationships with key opinion leaders and ensuring up-to-date knowledge on a continuously evolving industry.Track Record: Prior to joining Accreate in 2015, David was Head of Research with a specialist life science executive search firm. He has worked on a combination of senior level technical and commercial roles for organisations in Europe and North America. David has been a regular attendee at key industry events, resulting in a highly developed network and a reputation built on in-depth industry knowledge which spans API, drug product and fill/finish of pharma and biotech products. Having worked with start-ups and established multinationals, David has a keen understanding of the requirements and challenges faced by both.
