About kathyoreilly
Kathy O'Reilly, BA, MSc: Kathy is a Lecturer and Programme Director at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. She holds an MSc in International Business, and teaches a number of courses, including International Business, Global Marketing, Project Management and Management Consulting Principles. Kathy teaches across various UCD programmes in Ireland, Spain and Singapore, at both undergraduate and post-graduate level. Kathy has also served as Programme Director for the Business Process Optimisation and Garda Executive Leadership Programmes within UCD's Executive Education facility, in addition to managing the highly successful MSc in Management Consultancy programme. She also designed and delivers a Management Consultancy module on the Smurfit School full-time and executive MBA programmes. Prior to joining UCD, Kathy worked for General Electric (GE), where she became a Six Sigma Black Belt and successfully delivered a number of quality projects within GE Capital. From GE, Kathy joined PA Consulting's Government and Public Sector practice, where she specialized in the delivery of HR and training-related projects in Ireland and the UK. Kathy is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD), and is a CMC of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers (IMCA).
