This joint IMCA – CAIM event promises to be a most interesting evening and we are fortunate to have as our speaker Andrew Tzialli who will  provide members and their guests with an insightful overview on Blockchain & Cryptocurrency developments over the last 10 years.

Speaker –        Profile

Andrew is a partner at Philip Lee specialising in corporate and technology matters.

He is head of the firm’s Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Group.

Heading up the London office, Andrew’s practice primarily involves working on corporate transactions, including private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, corporate finance and banking. Many of the transactional matters Andrew works on are for clients that are involved in disruptive technologies, including blockchain/ cryptocurrencies and eSports. Andrew advises a broad range of clients from angel investors, investment funds and leading individuals involved in technology and media, to international corporations, SME’s and startups. Andrew has also advised on a number of high-profile ICOs. 

The presentation will be followed by a short Q & A and an opportunity to engage in some convivial networking
