You are
– Keen to work in a growing start-up consultancy and product business to help take it to the next level
– An experienced (at least 3 years) Management Consultant from a top tier Management Consultancy company, who is ready to build something special
– An all rounder who wants to get stuck into solving client business challenges as well as driving momentum in Sprintmodo at the same time
– Highly analytical and professional, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for working fast and carefully, taking data and insights and converting them into impressive visual slides (e.g. on PowerPoint, Canva), spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) and using other software tools
– Passionate about finding ways to drive momentum in corporate teams through data research, identification of value-adding software tools and driving our SaaS development plans
– Incredibly strong at reviewing complex written information in a short amount of time, pulling out useful insights and identifying recommendations and actions to be taken to overcome any challenges
– Well presented and confident in front of clients
– Based in Ireland (ideally close to Dublin or Cork)
– Happy to work remotely, but willing to meet face-to-face frequently as required
– Willing to travel internationally to clients as required
We are
– A start-up, profitable, team momentum company (2 employees), founded in October 2019, trading since June 2020
– A process driven (i.e. scalable) Management consultancy company that runs our own SprintActivation process to deliver business results through team momentum
– Growing: 3X revenue in 2021 over 2020
– Developing products that will add to our service offering to drive team momentum (Tangible Action Tools and the worlds most robust Tangible Actions database)
– Transforming business outcomes for corporate clients, predominantly in the life sciences space (Pharma, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Consumer Health), such as Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer, but our team momentum approach can and will be applied more broadly
– Working with clients in Ireland, the UK and over 10 other European companies and growing
– Based in Dublin but working remotely: We operate virtually, but you may be required to travel to clients and to build our own culture and momentum we will meet face-to-face frequently in Dublin

You will
– Help build the go-to company for Team momentum in the world
– Analyse business data (sometimes with very scientific jargon) and generate key insights and recommendations for Tangible Actions
– Build exceptional slide decks, prepare software tools/ templates and Excel spreadsheets for client projects
– Facilitate the SprintActivation process (sometimes running virtual and face-to-face meetings)
– Manage development projects for new products (Tangible Action Tools and other SaaS products)
– Identify growth opportunities and business improvements for Sprintmodo (technology, process)
– Work on a daily basis with the Founder, a London Business School MBA graduate, with experience working in big corporate pharmaceutical companies and start-ups.
