In the last number of years 2into3 has significantly expanded its strategic planning service. We adopt a participative, evidence based approach informed by our research and experience of working with clients across the nonprofit sector. Our aim is to create a living document for our clients which reflects their ambition and is driven by stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Recent strategic planning clients include Teach Tearmainn, Irish Advocacy Network and the Retirement Planning Council of Ireland.
As the scale of 2into3’s strategic planning service continues to grow, we are seeking to add a Management Consultant to our team to lead a range of strategic planning projects with a diverse range of organisations in the nonprofit sector.
Management Consultant:
Reporting to 2into3’s Director, the Management Consultant will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategic planning process with our clients by following 2into3’s methodology. The Management Consultant will facilitate the process at each step from developing detailed proposals for prospective clients, holding briefings with key stakeholders in the organisation, designing and facilitating workshops and ensuring a quality strategic plan is delivered by the end of the process to 2into3’s clients. In addition to leading on the delivery of strategic plans, the Management Consultant will also manage a pipeline of prospects through proactive business development. The Consultant will maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients, secure new business and will also work with 2into3’s marketing team to promote the service to a wide array of nonprofit organisations.
2into3 is seeking an experienced Consultant with a strategic mindset and skillset. We are looking for candidates with a demonstratable interest in the nonprofit sector and a track record of achievement in delivering strategic plans with approximately 5+ years of experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent relationship management and communication skills, a strong understanding of the strategic planning process and the ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels. The Management Consultant will help to maintain and further strengthen 2into3’s place as the leading provider of consulting and strategy services for the Irish nonprofit sector.
