It is expected that this project Evaluation (EPE) aims to assess the relevance of planned intervention and the progress made in achieving project objective since the Baseline conducted in September 2017 and well as the MTR conducted in May 2019. It will also provide an opportunity to highlight key successes, lessons learned and recommendations.
