Direct Professional Access Scheme
Please note that the Institute of Management Consultants is an Approved Body of the Bar Council of Ireland.
This means that IMCA members can access a barrister directly for a legal opinion in non-contentious matters – without having to go through an instructing solicitor.
Bar Council members have considerable expertise and experience across the entire spectrum of legal specialities; including but not limited to:
• Employment law,
• Commercial & Insurance law,
• Data Protection
• Taxation
• Professional, Regulatory and Discipline.
Obtaining a legal opinion in a non-contentious matter through the Scheme can be an efficient and cost effective of obtaining legal advice and we would encourage and remind IMCA members that by virture of their membership of the Institute they can avail directly of the benefits of this scheme.
