Our expert speaker Prof Joe O Mahoney has spent 20 years helping founders and partners successfully grow and exit their consultancies. He is a Professor of Consulting at Cardiff University and Advisory Board Member at several fast-growth firms.
Joe has published his award-winning research on the consulting industry with several of the world’s top business journals. He has published three books, two with Oxford University Press, and one with Routledge.
Joe has worked as a senior corporate consultant, a Head of internal consultancy, and a solo consultant. He has spent 20 years advising and coaching consultancies about growth, several of whom have sold their firms.
Joe has also provided consultancy for many of the large firms, including McKinsey & Co., IBM, Deloitte and Bain & Co, and trained and coached over 2000 consulting executives and MBA students. He has delivered projects for all the major consulting institutes, including the MCA, ICMCI, IMCUSA and Institute of Consulting. We are delighted that Joe has agreed to share his experiences and discuss real-world case studies, showcasing how AI can optimise decision-making, streamline processes, and uncover hidden opportunities.
